Fall Council Meeting

Our Fall Council meeting will be held Wednesday, September 28 from 4-5:30 in the Moose Room at the Snow King Sports and Events Center.

We look forward to meeting as a Council.  A proxy form is required for those of you who are unable to attend in person or on the phone. We will have GoToMeeting set up for the meeting so if you cannot attend in person, please try to attend with GTM.  If you cannot attend at all, identify a proxy for the meeting.  Remember that your proxy cannot be a voting member of the Council and your proxy form must be submitted to Region VIII Secretary Stephanie Mihane prior to the meeting.
